Adding a diary entry and setting reminders
You can add a diary entry to either the case as a whole or in a specific task in the workflow.

In the diary entry you can assign who the reminder is for, a title and description of the diary entry, when the task is and how often and when you should be reminded of it.
You can add multiple reminders and set how long before the task you want to be reminded, either by email or just through hoowla.
