This guide will take you through creating a person record. Your people records comprise of all the people you and your firm deal with and can be made up of different types of people such as clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors, landlords and their companies.
Adding a person
To add a person select PEOPLE and then select CREATE PERSON
This will open the persons form for you to fill in as much of the persons details as you like.
Selecting the type of person
By default when you add a person they will be saved as an individual which will generally represent they are your client. If you wish to add a different type of person for example an estate agent then use the PERSON TYPE drop down to choose who they are.
Once you have entered all of the details select SAVE. You can edit your persons details at any time.
