This guide explains how to change and re-allocate a case in Hoowla to a different case worker.

 

Click the Cases link next to your name.

 

Open the case you wish to change the case worker for by either clicking on the case address or the View button.

 

Click the Reassign button.

 

Find the user you wish to reassign the case worker role to from the list of users and press the Reassign Case button.

 

Hoowla will return you to the case overview page and display a green confirmation bar.  This case has now been reassigned and will show up in that user’s case list. If the case worker was not already in the case Hoowla will add them to the ‘People Involved’ section.
