In Hoowla you need to set a user as the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and as the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA). They can both be the same but ideally different people. Both these roles play an important role in Hoowla as the COLP will be notified about high risk cases and the COFA will be notified about accounts related requests. You will need Owner level permissions to do this.

How can I set this up in Hoowla?

Start by going to Setup,

Now click on accounts and finances,

Click on company accounts information,

You can then pick a user from the drop down menus here,

 

If you want more than 1 person to be the COLP you can add them by pressing this button,
