WHY CAN’T I ACCESS OTHER CASE TYPES?
You will only be able to create and work on case types of ‘Conveyancing’ unless you have a user licence.
You can have two types of account in Hoowla
- Conveyancing Only
- User Licence
Conveyancing Only means that you can open and work on all cases which are the case type “Conveyancing”
User Licence means that you can access all areas i.e. you can create and work on any cases type in Hoowla.
