This guide will help you if you have installed the Outlook plugin but it is inactive.
Note: If you don’t know why your outlook plugin has disappeared then see this guide.
How to Fix an Inactive Outlook Plugin
In your Outlook app, click on File
Then click on Options
You will then see this pop-up:
Click on Add-ins
You will then see a list a table of plugins. If the outlook plugin is inactive then it should appear in the Inactive Application Add-ins list as ‘HoowlaOLPlugin‘:
Click on Go making sure that the dropdown is COM Add-ins:
You will see this screen:
Pop a tick in the box and then click OK
You should now see the Outlook Plugin appear in your toolbar:
