Why can I merge a client?
In Hoowla, you may see this red banner at the top of some of your person cards. This offers you the ability to merge your client records and avoid duplication issues down the line. But you may wonder why that banner appears, this guide will explain why.
What constitutes a merge in Hoowla?
When a person card can be merged, it can be merged for one of three reasons,
- The name matches
- The email address matches
- The address matches
If anyone of these 3 criteria match with another person card, you will be given the option to merge them. To find out more about merging person cards click here
