What are staff and firm usage stats?
Staff and firm usage stats are a great way to track what parts of Hoowla you are using as a firm. They can also be used to see what parts of Hoowla your staff members are using on daily, weekly or monthly basis. You will need access to the reports area to be able to do this.
How do I find them?
Start by clicking on reports,
You can now choose between staff usage and firm usage,
Staff usage shows individual usage statistics for each staff member,
Firm usage shows what areas of Hoowla you are using, this can be a great way to see what new areas you can incorporate into your firm,
