What is a User Licence?
A user licence allows you to open cases that fall outside of the conveyancing umbrella. Good examples of this are Wills, Probate and Family cases.
How can I buy one?
Navigate to setup,
Click on Branches and employees,
Now click on Buy user licence,
Specify how many licences you wish buy,
Enter in your payment details,
When this is done click on the star next to the user you wish to give the licence to,
You can see your total licences here,
If you already have user licences with Hoowla before using this new feature, any new licences bought this way will be added to the existing billing. You will not be billed separately for each licence you buy.
