This quick guide will help if you have two-factor authentication switched on and you have changed or lost your phone and cannot access the Google Authenticator app.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY PHONE?
If you change your phone, then you can either
- transfer accounts i.e. download google authenticator on the new phone then click on the three dots in the top right hand corner then on Transfer account
- or turn off two-factor on your Hoowla account and then set it up again by re-following the steps above.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY PHONE AND I CANNOT ACCESS HOOWLA?
Then you will need to contact our support team by emailing support@hoowla.com. You will need to email us from the email address that you use to log into Hoowla and include a contact number so that we can call you back.
