In this guide we’ll look at how to use document snapshots. Snapshots give you an overview of what has been edited on a document which can be useful to track and manage these changes.
Where can I find this in Hoowla?
Start by going to cases,
Find a case you want to check documents on,
Go to documents,
Click on a document that has been edited to view it,
Click on show document activity,
You can see the snapshots here, they will open up as PDFs in your browser,
The changes made will be visible here, for example here is the first snapshot,
Here is the second,
