In Hoowla you have the ability to hide the workflow on a case from certain people who are tracking it. You can do this if you want to reduce the amount of queries clients may have about their case. You will need access to the templates area in Hoowla to do this.

How can I do this in Hoowla?

First go to setup,

Then go to templates,

Now click on entities,

Click edit next to the entity you want to apply this change to,

Change this drop down menu to no,

Press save when you’re done,

The entity will now not be able to see the workflow on any cases they’re tracking.
