How Do I Change the Property Price on a Case?

This guide will look at how to change the property price on a case/matter.

HOW TO CHANGE THE PROPERTY PRICE ON A CASE

Firstly, we should update the property price on the quote.

Go to the case you want to change the property price for then click on Settings

Then click on the quote number:

This will load the quote

Click on Edit

Then alter the Property Value

then scroll down and click Save

You will then see a success message:

Now, we should update the price on the case itself. Click on the case link:

You will be taken back to the case screen, scroll down and click on Details & Custom Fields

Then in the search box type ‘Property Value’:

Change the Property Value

And then press Save
