To purchase a user licence you will need send us an email. The email must come from an owner/admin user from your company.

The email needs to give the email address (or email address) of the accounts that require a user licence.


What will happen next?

We will upgrade your account as soon as possible, usually the same day, and amend the billing accordingly for the company. We will notify all users of the upgrade and that they will need to log out and back in again for the change to take effect.


How much does a user licence cost?

A user licence costs £48+VAT per user per month.


Is there a minimum contract?

There is no minimum contract although we do ask for a notice period of one month.


Does the licence auto-renew?

The licence is a rolling agreement so it will remain in place until it is stopped.
