As a referrer, you can set your own referral fees for the quotes you generate for solicitors. This guide demonstrates how to do this.
Firstly, click Setup and then Panel Management to view your list of panels.
Select the panel you want and then click Referrals.
You will see tabs which allow you to set referral fees for different quote types; e.g. purchase, sale, remortgage, or transfer of equity.
You can set a flat fee for all quotes. For example, here we have set a flat fee of £150 (excluding VAT) for all purchase quotes.
This price has been set from 0 to + which means all purchase quotes (zero and above) will have a referral fees of £150.
Alternatively, you can set price bands.
Click Add Item.
This will add a new row where you can set the quote price range and the referral fees you want to charge for the price range.
In this example, all purchase quotes between 0 and 100,001 will have a referral fee of £80. Purchase quotes from 100,001 and above will have a referral fee of £150.
You can add as many price bands as you like and can also delete them by clicking remove. (Remember to click Save when you are happy with your referral fees).
You can do the same for the different quote types by clicking the tabs e.g. Sale and entering your fees.
