In this guide we’ll show you how to create custom workflow buttons. These buttons can direct to any website page you wish via a URL.

 

How can I do this in Hoowla?

 

To start, navigate to setup,

 

 

Then click on workflows,

 

 

Choose the workflow you want to add the button to, then click on the milestone you want it in,

 

 

Scroll down to the action buttons drop down menu and pick “custom button”,

 

 

Enter in the title of the button, this is the name that will show on the button,

 

 

Then input the URL of the webpage you want the button to direct you too. The URL is a link usually starting with “https://” can be found at the top of your browser,

 

 

When you’re done press save,

 

 

Now your button will be in the workflow on cases ready to use.
