If you are seeing a ‘Exchange Receiving Only’ text on your Email Exchange,
then this guide will show you what you need to do to get it to “Exchange Sending and Receiving” with a tick icon.
Note: If it is Exchange Sending and Receiving then it means that both incoming and outgoing emails will be scanned and auto-attached to cases. If it is showing Exchange Receiving Only then only incoming emails will be scanned.
How to Fix “Exchange Receiving Only”
Click on Profile
Then click Edit Profile
Then on Exchange
Then scroll down and click on the Use Exchange tickbox
Then press Save
You will then see that your status has now changed to a tick icon and shows “Exchange Sending and Receiving”
