In this guide we’ll look at how to respond to requisitions that you may receive from the Land Registry via our integration.

Where can I do this in Hoowla?

 

Start by finding the Land Registry application you have received a requisition on, you should have received an email notifying you of it,

 

 

If not, you can do to the post completion area here. Search for cases with requisitions by using this filter,

 

 

Once you’ve found the submission, view it and check the requisition here,

 

 

When you’re ready to respond use the options in this drop down box here,

 

 

The different options are,

  • Existing document: This will allow you to pick a document you have uploaded to the case.
  • New application: This will let you pick a new application type to submit to the land registry.
  • New document: This will let you pick a new document/supporting document type to submit to the land registry.
  • Quick note: This will let you send a message or a note to the land registry.

When you have chosen click add response,

 

 

Finally if you have chosen a new application, document or an existing one make sure you add it using this drop down menu,

 

 

Then submit it,
