Firstly, click Quotes and then Generate a New Quote.
Enter the client’s details and necessary property details and then click Get Quotes.
Next, select the quotes you would like to send.
Once you have selected the quotes, click Adjust Fees with Slider.
This will let you use the sliders to adjust your referral fees. You can drag the pointer along the scale until you find the correct fees.
In the example below I have selected a referral fee of £50 for the first quote and £100 for the second. You can see that this has changed the value of the overall quote.
Once you are happy with the referral fees you have selected, you can choose whether to send the quotes to both the client and solicitor, or just the solicitor.
