Why can’t I upload a file to Hoowla?
This quick guide will help you troubleshoot if you cannot upload a document by giving you a series of steps
- Is the file one of the following format:
- For Image files: PNG, JPG, JPEG, HEIC
- For readable files: DOC, DOCX, PDF
- For email files: MSG
- Try opening the document – are you able to view it?
- Is the document password protected? If so the password needs to be removed.
- Are you able to upload other files to the case? i.e. is it just this file that you cannot upload?
- How big is the document? If it is over 10mb in size consider compressing it. You can do this online by searching “compress document” or something similar.
- Check your internet connection, a slow connection can hinder the uploading process.
