This guide will look at how to change the case type on an existing case.

Note: You will need to have a user licence to change the case type to anything other than ‘Conveyancing’. For more information click here.

HOW TO CHANGE A CASE TYPE ON AN EXISTING CASE

Go to the case that you want to change the case type for and click on the grey cross on the workflow to remove the workflow from the case:

 

Then click on Settings on the Control Panel

 

Then click on Change? 

Then choose the case type you would like to change it to

Then press Save

You will then see a confirmation message

Why can I not see other case types?
