In Hoowla you can now import enquiries from an email so, If the other side solicitor sends the enquiries over in an email format you can import them into Hoowla’s enquiry manager. How can I do this in Hoowla?
First, locate the email with enquiries in that you want to import,
While viewing that email press the Import enquiries button,
You will now be taken to the import area, click and drag your mouse over the text that you want to turn into enquiries,
When done, press Import,
You will now be able to manage these enquiries in Hoowla.
